Transaction Center

Stacey Burdick is our Transaction Center Manager. Stacey has been with Kirk & Cobb since 2000. She came to us with 12 years of experience working for Kansas Secured Title Company. Stacey’s duties begin with preparation of the contract and conclude with attending the closing in many instances. She also schedules appointments for inspections, orders title work, and works to resolve any title requirements. She also coordinates with the various individuals who may need to enter the property during the process.

Stacey loves her job and enjoys meeting our customers. One of the favorite parts of her job is delivering keys to excited buyers and wishing them the best of luck on behalf of Kirk & Cobb.
