Carol Greenfield

MLS Coordinator/Receptionist

Carol Greenfield has been a valued team member since 1999. She has been job-sharing with Kerra Ketter since the summer of 2009. Her professional and pleasant demeanor puts our customers at ease and instills confidence in our associates. She works diligently while maintaining a great sense of humor. Carol is trusted with some of the most important tasks regarding active listings and customer interaction.


Janelle Will-Sachs

Office Manager

Janelle joined the Kirk & Cobb team in 2004. In a company of our size, her job requires her to wear many hats. She gained her experience in the areas of administration, technology, marketing, and graphic design in previous positions as director of a non-profit organization and later as editor of a monthly trade publication for a large brokerage firm.

Janelle's duties include general administrative and personnel responsibilities, public relations, and technical troubleshooting. Also included in her job description are graphic design and marketing.


Kerra Ketter

MLS Coordinator/Receptionist

Kerra Ketter began as a full-time REALTOR® with Kirk & Cobb in 2002. In the summer of 2009, she began job-sharing with Carol Greenfield. Kerra is a very loyal representative of Kirk & Cobb and puts her heart into every task she completes. Her cooperative spirit and generous heart make her a treasured asset. She takes great pride in making our customers feel welcome at the front desk and is incredibly worthy of the praise given to her by the associates she serves.


Liesel Kirk-Fink

Sales Manager

Liesel is the third generation of the Kirk family to become a part of the family business. Her involvement with the company began during her high school years. She then attended Baker University where she earned her degree in business. Upon graduation, she returned to Kirk & Cobb and is now a full-time sales associate as well as our sales manager. Her duties include supervising sales associates as well as recruiting and training new associates. She is heavily involved in the leadership of the Topeka Area Association of REALTORS® and possesses a wealth of knowledge she willingly shares with her colleagues.


Stacey Burdick

Manager, Transaction Center

Stacey Burdick has been with Kirk & Cobb since 2000. She came to us with 12 years of experience working for Kansas Secured Title Company. Stacey's duties begin with preparation of the contract and conclude with attending the closing in many instances. She also schedules appointments for inspections, orders title work, and works to resolve any title requirements. She also coordinates with the various individuals who may need to enter the property during the process.

Stacey loves her job and enjoys meeting our customers. One of the favorite parts of her job is delivering keys to excited buyers and wishing them the best of luck on behalf of Kirk & Cobb.


Steve Kirk

President

Steve is our broker and the owner of the business. It is under his direct leadership that the associates and staff operate. He has a unique approach to running a business, one in which truly fosters both personal and professional growth. His philosophies and practices are widely respected by his peers and our customers. You'll always find the door to his office open and Steve ready and willing to offer his guidance.
